What We Do:
Global can provide, on request, the expertise necessary to implement structural change, raise capital  and assist in all phases of growing a public or private company. From IPO and private placements to stock loans, we have someone to do it all.
 
Stock Loans:
Global maintains relationships with both private and institutional lending groups who are willing to lend against restricted and free trading stock on a case by case basis. Ask for our short form stock  loan request for a next day indication of interest.

Private Placements:
Global has access to institutional and private investment groups who will buy  debt and/or equity from public companies  who wish to raise money by issuing shares or convertible debentures. This relatively simple procedure can save money as compared to a secondary offering.  Companies must have excellent liquidity and  raises are generally about 8% of market cap.
 
Project Finance:
Send a 2-3 page Executive Summary for us to review. We will get back to you within 7 business days. Projects $20 million USD and over are given preference.
